One call, clear priorities
We separate genuine emergencies from jobs that can wait until morning when that is safer for everyone.
All hours · Bite triage first
Get a catcher on the way: we answer nights, weekends, and holidays for snakes near people, pets, or traffic, with clear bite-first triage before we talk gear.
We triage every call with the same questions: who is in the room, are doors closed to other parts of the house, is anyone bitten, and can you see the snake from a safe distance. That order matters: Australian snake-bite first aid is time critical, and we will tell you straight away if you need an ambulance before we talk about capture gear.
Once safety is clear, we confirm your suburb, access issues such as locked gates or steep driveways, and any dogs that need securing. We then give an honest arrival window based on current traffic along the coastal road network, not a marketing promise.
If someone is bitten or could be, say so straight away. For non-urgent paperwork after the job, use the form so the line stays clear for emergencies.
Emergency jobs still follow structured capture plans, just faster. We kit up at the vehicle, scan the room for hazards like glass doors and loose pets, then move in with tools sized to the space. For schools and clubs, we coordinate with the duty manager to cordon a simple perimeter so curious onlookers stay back.
We recap how the animal likely entered, where to watch next, and whether a follow-up inspection makes sense in daylight. If paperwork helps for schools or childcare centres, we can summarise the incident in plain language suitable for incident logs, without inventing details we did not observe.

We know the difference between a Noosa Heads unit basement and a Coolum hinterland driveway for turning space.
After-hours rates are explained up front where possible so you are not surprised when adrenaline is already high.
Already sorted the snake but need paperwork or a follow-up inspection? Call during daylight or message with details. Keep the 24/7 line for active risk.
That is fine. We would rather you call and learn it can wait than guess wrong when kids or pets are close. We will redirect you to a booked inspection or daytime follow-up when that is the safer option.
Voice is faster for triage and bite questions. If you cannot talk, use the contact form with “not urgent” in the subject line, or ask someone nearby to call. For active risk near people, keep dialling until you reach help.
Where council or surf club permissions apply, we coordinate with the duty contact on site. We still treat public areas as high-visibility jobs: cordons, clear signage, and calm direction for bystanders are standard parts of the plan.
Safety comes first. We still attend genuine emergencies. Tell us when you call if you need to discuss payment timing so we can agree on a method that suits both sides without delaying help to someone who has been bitten.
Yes. Cabins and engine bays need careful light management and patience. Park in shade if you can, turn the engine off, and keep doors closed except the one we are working through. We talk you through each step so airbags and trim clips are not damaged unnecessarily.
